We're going on a shape hunt

This week in Nursery we have been learning all about shapes! We have learnt about circles, squares, triangles and rectangles and we are beginning to talk about their properties, which is a very grown up thing to do! We have been on a shape hunt outside and we were able to find lots of colourful shapes and match them with the correct picture. In maths with Mrs Sowden we used lots of different coloured circles to create our own pictures and we made monsters, cars, princesses and happy faces! It would be lovely if our adults would ask us about shapes when we are at home and help us go on a shape hunt in our houses and gardens.
