Another busy week!

It has been a really busy week in Year 1 and we have all had lots of fun in school. On Wednesday, we had some of our Maths lesson outside in the snow! We drew shapes in the snow and practiced cutting them in half. On Thursday, some of the class went to Dimple Wells Infant school in Ossett to take part in a music morning with children from three other schools. The children behaved fantastically and they were a credit to the school. The children that stayed behind had a lovely morning with Mrs Jackson reading 'The Three Billy Goats Gruff''. They made their own bridges with a pop up troll so that they could act out the story.

The children have all worked very hard this week and I am very proud of them all for their effort and behaviour. Have a lovely weekend and I will see you all on Monday!
