Canon Hall Farm

On Wednesday last week, Year 1 went on a fabulous trip to Canon Hall Farm as part of our topic 'Animals and Us'. We had a great time playing on all of the indoor and outdoor play equipment and we bought lots of lovely things from the gift shop with the money that we took with us. After our lunch, it was our turn to go and see some of the animals. We saw lots of different farmyard animals like: pigs, cows, sheep, goats, horses, lamas and even alpacas. After our tour of the farm, we went to feed the lambs and have a look at some of the birds and other smaller animals. We had a fantastic day at the farm and we certainly learnt a lot about all of the different animals!
