Transparent sunglasses!

In Science the children are learning about properties of materials and this week we looked at materials which were transparent and opaque. After testing lots of different materials and sorting them we made some sunglasses. Mr Pearson made his lenses using tinfoil but that was no good because tinfoil is opaque and he couldn't see through them. We decided that cellophane would be much better. Here we all are modelling our red tinted cellophane sunglasses. Don't you think we look really cool?
