Welcome back.

There have been no formal Literacy or Numeracy lessons this week but the  new Year One children have still been very busy.  We began the week by introducing ourselves and then sharing our news about the Summer holidays. We also wrote and drew pictures about this,  designed our new Year One blog logo and drew self portraits which are now displayed in our classroom 'gallery'.  The children also spent some time familiarising themselves with their new classroom and  routines and are now ready to begin working hard next week.
