Firework Fun

We have enjoyed a wonderful first week of our new half term celebrating Bonfire Night!
During our English lessons we have created our own bonfire poetry inspired by Moira Andrew's 'November Night Countdown'. We even learnt to perform the original poem with our own actions!
In art with Miss Dimmock we explored a new technique with crayons and created some beautiful firework drawings.
We spent our topic lesson learning about the history of Bonfire Night. We split into teams and created two performances of the six key moments in The Gunpowder Plot.
