Toby Tortoise

On Thursday Year 2 had a special visitor, Toby the tortoise. Mrs Thompson had returned from a visit to Cleethorpes to find that her tortoise was missing. He had escaped from his home and couldn't be found anywhere. Year 2 came to her aid and made fabulous missing posters to tell find Toby. On Wednesday night Mrs Thompson took them home and put them up near her house. Later that evening a kind neighbour returned Toby safely, after finding him in his garden.
To say thank you, Mrs Thompson brought Toby for a visit. Year 2 really enjoyed meeting him.
