Eid celebrations

On Monday many of our class were at home celebrating Eid. The children who came to school spent the day working with Year 4. In the morning they wrote some excellent Roman acrostic poems with Mr Carver and then played maths games with Mr Smith. In the afternoon the children had a fun music lesson with Mrs Garside and then enjoyed a P.E lesson with Mr Smith.

On Friday we had our Eid party. Everyone wore their party clothes and had a brilliant time. We played some musical games, played pass the parcel and enjoyed some party food. Thank you to all the parents who sent in food for us to enjoy, it was delicious!
