Artistic temperament

In Year 4 we seem to have been offered a huge number of fantastic opportunities in the course of the year and this week was no exception to the rule as we were invited to The Hepworth to take part in a workshop covering the life and work of Barbara Hepworth.  It is a fantastic exhibition space and there was an enormous temptation to dash around, test the acoustics and touch all of the works of art but we managed to distract ourselves by looking at the pieces, finding out about Hepworth's life and then drawing our own images of her work and trying to make a paper and card sculpture in a Hepworth style.
