Denser than air?

Our states of matter investigation continued and this week we helped Maya investigate which drink she should serve at a party.  She wanted to serve the fizziest drink.  This is called a comparative test.  We changed the drink type, but kept every thing else, including the volume of liquid, the same.  First we weighed 100ml of each drink and then we stirred it until it was flat and before weighing it again.  This told us the weight of the carbon dioxide in each drink. 
To make it really scientific, we should have repeated the experiment to make sure our results were really accurate.  However, because there were no spillages and we rose to the challenges of collaboration and communication, we toasted the experience instead!
