Saving Energy

Being an eco friendly school, we have enjoyed our afternoon.  First a man from Water Aid came to share details of the good work that the charity does in helping to source and provide water to communities less fortunate than ours and then, in Science, we talked about all the electrical appliances we have and what it would be like to live in a world where electricity had run out.  We decided to design some posters to spread the word about the importance of saving energy by turning down the thermostat and pulling on a jumper and not leaving appliances on stand by.
