The demise of our Egyptian project

We are coming to the closing hours of our Curse of the Egyptian Mummies topic and it is true to say that it has been enjoyed by everyone.  Our knowledge of that period is quite impressive.  We know where in the world to locate Egypt, we know what hieroglyphics and papyrus are and we understand the challenges of trying to grow food in the Nile valley.

Perhaps our favourite activities were writing our names using hieroglyphics and designing and making our death masks.  I hope we didn't frighten you too much when we brought them home!
