Year 4 Rules!

What a great start to the academic year from the new year 4 class!  Some of us have only just had our 8th birthday and yet already we have celebrated the birthdays of 2 new nine year olds.  The level of maturity across the whole class has been awesome.  All week we have been kind to each other, helped each other and listened carefully as we have grown used to new routines and new teachers. 
Mrs Sketchley was impressed when we used drama and collaboration to act out the class rules we would like to live by and here are a few photos to give you a taste of the ones we chose.
We decided our rules are:
We respect each other and our environment.  We take pride in our work.
We are never rude to each other.  We are kind and caring in our class.
We are good at listening carefully.
We like to share and we work well together as a group.
We always push our chairs in and we move safely around the classroom.
