The end of another busy week in Year 5 at Sandal Magna!
On top of our normal lessons, we had a lovely, unexpected surprise in Year 5 on Thursday. During our P.E lesson, three past pupils (Shannon, Bryony and Helena) came back to visit us. The girls left last year, and are now in Year 7 at Kettlethorpe High School. We all had lots of questions to ask them, and were all really interested to find out about life at High School. We learnt a lot about what to expect in a few years time. Thanks for coming to share your first few weeks at High School with us girls.
To end the week, we held a Macmillan Coffee Morning in the Community Room for parents and had a 'wear what you want' to school day. We were allowed to come to school in our own clothes to help raise even more money for Macmillan Cancer Support. We all donated a £1 to the good cause, and enjoyed wearing our favourite clothes during Friday's lessons.
