A busy first week back!

The last week has been hectic in year 6. We have been working hard in preparation for testing, entering a volleyball competition and a lucky member of Year 6 was chosen to open the new link road.
I am pleased to announce that Year 6 won the Kettlethorpe Pyramid Volleyball Competition on Wednesday evening. Well done to all the children who were involved - you worked brilliantly as a team and deserved to win.
Yesterday, Roman was lucky enough to go and help Mrs Sennett attend the opening of the new relief road which links the A638 and the A642. He had opportunity to be one of the first people travel down the road. He also had lunch with Councillor Peter Box, Council Leader.
