Outdoor Maths

Mrs Thompson's Maths Group had a great maths lesson today.

The most 'fun' yet according to Ayaz-Ali! We had to estimate the average time it would take us to complete the trim trail. We then went and completed the trim trail timing ourselves with a stop watch. We recorded our data and then used it back in class to work out the mean, median, mode and range.

We were good at working all the above out but realised we need more work on estimating data. We look forward to our next outdoor maths session!
